This festival is a collaboration between us at Urban Circle Newport, the Rastafari Indigenous Village and the Iritis Alliance Festival of Montego Bay Jamaica, University of South Wales and The Arts Council for Wales.
Urban Circle is an independent award winning Youth Arts and Advocacy Charity based in Newport, South Wales. We engage, support and empower young people and communities. Through interconnected services this festival has be birthed.
